incredible location in beautiful maddalena, close to everything but secluded.

the house is fantastic and the kitchen is incredible (more appliances than at home). the view, the terraces... we loved it :)

Filippo’s house is a dream. It’s got everything you might need, and then some. It exceeded our expectations! Filippo is also brilliant at communicating, helpful at all times and really dedicated as a host. We can’t wait to go back again and enjoy the beautiful house and surroundings, everything is close by, amazing beaches and trails, and the town of Maddalena, which is less than a 10min drive, where you can find great restaurants. It’s got everything to have the perfect stay!

It was a great stay, with a view directly of the sea and many places in the garden to rest. There were 8 of us and we had enough space. Super big table! Filippo is a great host and offers a beautiful, spacious house. The house was clean and in good condition, and the kitchen offers all the appliances needed. The different areas to relax and the big table on the terrace for brunch and dinner were just perfect for our group of six friends. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets at the house as much as exploring the island during the day.

A dream villa! We were three couples and each had our own space: 3 double bedrooms with three bathrooms. The house is beautiful, with a stunning terrace with sea view and a glimpse of Caprera.
